The new Ford Taurus in Jacksonville has car enthusiast gazing into its eyes, and eyeballs peering from everywhere. Ford has created a more appealing Taurus than it has in the past with an all new look for everyone to see. The 2010 Ford Taurus has an appealing newer look with sleaker, more athletic looks, consumers rave the design is much better than last years model. The most apparent changes of the new Taurus, are the raised beltline and a lower, flatter roof and the whole car is about 2” wider. Lowering the roof, raising the beltline, and loading the wheel wells with a election of 17, 18, and 19 inch wheels. Makes this Ford Taurus an unbelievable match-up for the competition.Even with the new Ford Taurus sitting just over an inch lower than last year, it still sits 61 inches in height and 76 inches in width. With that being said, this new Taurus is a beast when compared to BMW’s M5 Series or even the 300C by Chrysler.
The SHO design of the Ford Taurus has a very distinctive look while giving you much more bang for your buck, if you know what I mean. Only the C-pillars and deck lid host the SHO mark of perfection, also the LEDs in the front bumper have silver trim as a replacement for the black ones which are featured on the cheaper models. A trio of chrome exhauhstpipes, spoiler on the trunk, and a more appealing front grille take care of the exterior makeup. From the exterior to the interior the SHO Taurus is even more coherent.
Your standard Taurus features more legendary faux-wood and plastic trim, while the SHO gets a special stamp, shinny black dash trim, and silvery highlights inside and out. With attractive power bucket seats that enhance great comfort and power to the driver, not to mention how spacious the interior is, with a great amount of head room. Keeping up the trend setting Ford Taurus is just one of multiple reasons change is here to stay.
